Kevin and Sarah's Day of Fun!

Yesterday, Kevin took the day off of work so we could spend the day together as "just a married couple". We decided to take a picnic lunch at Garden of the Gods and "hike" around. We hiked a short trail called "The Siamese Twins" that has a spectacular view and was not too long or hard for a nine-month pregnant lady. Here are a view pictures from our adventure.

After our picnic and hike, we walked up and down the main street of Manitou Springs, just looking at shops and enjoying the warm September weather.

To finish off the day of fun, we went out to eat at a locally owned Mexican restaurant in Falcon. It was a long day, but a lot of fun!!!

Kevin got tostadas that he didn't care for too much. I don't think we will come back to this restaurant.

Sarah tried the Chile Rellenos with mole sauce (She did not know that had chocolate in it). Does any one else think that Mexican food and chocolate is a strange combination?
