The Baxters: Travel to Texas: Thanksgiving 2008

We went to Beaumont and Houston for Thanksgiving this year. We left early (4am) Tuesday morning and got to Houston about 10am. Camden did so well on his first plane ride. He slept pretty much the entire time. While we were in Texas, Camden met a lot of people for the first time: Gramma's teacher friends, friends from Gramma and Papaw's church, and lots of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Also, while we were in Texas, we did a lot of shopping and eating out. My mom was having her kitchen redone, so all of the food and kitchen stuff was in boxes. We didn't mind the eating out though, because we rarely eat out when we are at home. We spent Thanksgiving day in Houston with both Kevin's relatives for lunch and my relatives for dinner. It was a great trip!
