Camden turned 8 months last Saturday, but I am just now posting. He is a very BIG boy. To put things in perspective, we have a friend at church with a boy who was born the day before Camden and he is just getting to be 15 pounds. Camden also has a friend who is a month older than he and she is about 15.5 pounds. Last Friday, we met a woman with a 13 month old who had just passed the 17 pound marker. Camden weighs just over 20 pounds! At least I am getting a workout carrying him around. We are very proud of our healthy chunkster!
Camden is also doing better at crawling. He is still not getting from point A to point B, but he does scoot and move some. He also has been enjoying rolling around lately. I think he will be crawling pretty soon.
We have also started feeding Camden meats! He has had chicken and turkey mixed with various vegetables. He also likes to eat Cheerios, Rice puffs, Goldfish, and small pieces of cheese. Unfortunately, we are still dealing with a lot of spit-up. This means buying lots of Shout for his laundry.
Kevin is turning 30 nine days from today. So be sure to wish him a happy birthday around that time. And if you are younger, rub it in on how old he is getting. I am certainly going to have some fun with this.

He is so adorable - i just love his sweet smile! I just looked up what ryan weighed at 8 months cuz he was a big baby too - he was 23 pounds, so i know what it is like - at least you build up your are muscles!! :)
