July/August

The middle of August has arrived which means only a little over a month 'til Camden's first birthday. We cannot believe how fast the time has flown. It really goes by fast. Camden is speeding around with his crawling. He is super fast. We had to put safety latches on all the cabinets that had dangerous stuff since he developed a fascination for opening cabinet doors. He also has been very inquisitive lately. He points to things and wants to know what they are. He also can point to what he wants when he is eating. We are trying to teach him how to say please in sign language, so he will learn his manners. No hooligans in our house : )! When you ask him, "Where is ..." and say things like the light, clock, outside he can point to it. In his bathtub he can also point out his boat.

The Kites were here this past week. We really enjoyed seeing them. Camden enjoyed playing with Jacob and the dogs. Also, our friends the Leonards, who moved out to Virginia, are back in Colorado. We are very happy to have them back!
