Happy 16 Month Birthday, Camden!

Camden turned 16 months on Saturday! It is so hard to believe that he is getting so big and growing so fast. Time flies! He is really learning a lot. Physically he is able to "run", which is a fast kind of walk. He tries to jump, bends his knees and comes up really fast. (His feet don't leave the ground yet.) And believe it or not he is very coordinated, (which hopefully means he is taking after his dad!) Camden has actually caught a ball a few times! He has a very good arm and throws a ball straight every time.

Things have been quite busy around here the past week. The Leonards, our good friends, moved in with us. They have three kids (a five year old, three year old, and two year old) and needless to say, it is quite loud in the house these days. They will be with us for about a month while they wait to close on a house they are buying. Camden is adjusting pretty well. We went down to one nap a day so all the kids can be on the same schedule. He was taking two, two hour naps a day. So far with the one nap, he has only slept longer than two hours one time. I am hoping that he will learn that he needs to sleep longer (at least three hours). Camden also enjoys having playmates around all the time. He especially loves Reese (the older boy). He wakes up saying "Reese!"
