Menu Plan

The past three weeks, we have received meals from our church family. So... I haven't been grocery shopping or cooking much. We received our last meal on Monday and I spent yesterday creating my menu plan for about two weeks.

Wednesday
B: Buckwheat pancakes w/ pb and syrup
L: Deli meat sandwiches, sugar peas
D: Spaghetti w/ veggie meat sauce, steamed broccoli

Thursday
B: Eggs and Turkey Bacon
L: Tomato/carrot soup and grilled cheese
D: Chicken Enchiladas and Mexican corn rice

Friday
B: Steel-cut oatmeal w/ strawberries
L: PB & J sandwiches, carrots, and bananas
D: Beef and broccoli w/ fried rice

Saturday
B: Cereal
L: Ladies Retreat
D: Chicken nuggets and sweet potato fries

Sunday
B: Breakfast sandwiches
L: Beef stew
D: Sandwiches or leftovers

Monday
B: Biscuits and gravy
L: Bagel sandwiches
D: Sausage and Lentils, spinach, and rice

Tuesday
B: Eggs and sausage
L: PB&J sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, and steamed broccoli
D: Tilapia, green beans, and couscous

Wednesday
B: Steel-cut oatmeal w/ bananas
L: Leftovers
D: Chili w/cornbread

Thursday
B: Fruit and yogurt
L: Lunch pizzas (on English muffins)
D: Breakfast for dinner

Friday
B: Pancakes
L: Grilled cheese
D: Farmer's veggie lasagna

Saturday
B: Omelets
L: Lunch pizzas or leftovers
D: Build-your-own toasted sandwiches

Sunday
B: Steel-cut oatmeal
L: Meatball and rice, mixed veggies
D: Life group
